BCC SKI TEAM – REFUND POLICY
Prepaid ski days are intended to simplify planning and ticket purchasing for the BCC Ski Team. The following refund policy applies to all prepaid ski day tickets.
No Check-In at the Hill
If a skier does not check in at the hill with the BCC Ski Team on a prepaid ski day, the lift ticket will be eligible for one of the following options:

A refund to the original credit card, less a $10 processing fee, OR

A full credit for the value of the lift ticket, which may be applied to a future BCC Ski Team ski day (no processing fee)
Requesting a Refund or Credit

Refund or credit requests must be submitted within [X] days of the missed ski day

Requests must be made by the participant or parent/guardian (if the participant is under 19)

Credits are non-transferable and may only be used toward future BCC Ski Team ski days
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund or credit will be issued if:

The skier checks in at the hill but chooses not to ski

The lift ticket has already been used or activated
-
The skier is removed from participation for disciplinary or safety reasons

The request is submitted outside the allowed timeframe
Weather & Operational Changes
Refunds or credits due to weather conditions, hill closures, or operational changes are handled at the discretion of the BCC Ski Team and the hosting ski area.
